Green Tomato Chutney
The first week of term two has come and gone. We started with a great PDDay in Bunbury. Tuesday was more PD and preparation. I picked up my new plate from the dentist. I am not sure that I like it, but i do like my smile now that the gaps are filled in. Wednesday was Anzac day and then on Thursday the kids came back to school. We had a good day. Today i headed off to Harvey to judge the scrapbooking and card making. I hope i spread the prizes around. On thecway home i discovered that I still had hubbies lunch on the back seat. I went shopping at the new Treendale shopping centre and bought some new pj's. After a nanna nap I cooked up the green tomato chutney i had cut up on Wednesday. I had heaps of little green tomatoes when I cleaned up the vegie garden.

Good Friday
Today is usually my day off, but it is also the first day of the First term holidays. I am so ready for a break from the rigours of school teaching. The past week has been busy with staff morning tea baking, preparing Easter treats for my PP class and attempting to do some scrapbooking. I managed to overcook the scones, so the sheep had a treat, the treat containers looked cute, but my scrapbooking evening was one long talkfest.
Today I unpacked the car and decided to try cutting a rubber stamp with my new lino cutting tools. I am pleased with the results and will definitely do some more as I need to practise the cutting techniques.
I printed them on some card I had from a different project and it worked fine.
Here are the easter treats I made for my PrePrimary class. I hope they enjoyed the contents.
